Karada Lab is a rental service gym for Personal Trainers. Providing semi-private/ private gym room and massage area rental service for Trainers and their Students to apply professional training and rehabilitation.
Our facilities include Women’s only area, Women & Men’s area, Functional area, high-quality gym equipment, medical grade air cleaners, individual massage room, private shower, and changing rooms.
We acknowledge that there might be certain moments for ladies at the gym feeling uncomfortable and embarrassing, that is why we are happy to provide a high privacy and carefree gym for all female guests to enjoy and focus on their workout.
We are located in Lai Chi Kok, 3mins walking distance from Lai Chi Kok MTR Station.
